Return Policy

Returns: Standard size and glazing skylight orders which have been accepted may be cancelled only with prior written consent of Skylightsforless.com upon terms that will
fully indemnify Skylightsforless.com against loss. Products are not to be returned without prior authorization. Product may not be returned more than 15 days after date of invoice. Contact Skylightsforless.com via email email at Support@Skylightsforless.com. Please include order # and description of problem.
A restocking charge of 15% of the invoice amount applies to all returns. Purchaser is responsible for the freight back to the nearest Velux Distribution Center. All VELUX skylights with factory installed blinds are non-returnable and non-cancellable. Special Color Blinds, Custom size skylight or custom glass skylight orders cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances once the customer has signed the special order form and the signed order form has been received for processing.
Return policy for Damaged Items
Skylights For Less will always replace any damaged items in a prompt fashion. Skylights are typically replaced in less than one week, however lead times vary depending on the product or specification. We do ask that you inspect shipments thoroughly upon receipt and prior to signing. Damaged shipments should be refused or received with notation of apparent damage. Details of damage is helpful, but most importantly, noting that damage is recognized helps all parties when settling claims.

• All damages, errors, or inaccuracies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number: 1. Fill out RGA form online» 2. Email support@skylightsforless.com for an RGA#
• Upon obtaining an RGA number, you are required to return the product(s) within 15 days to the designated warehouse
• An RGA will only be issued up to 30 days from the date of delivery
• All items associated with this RGA must be returned no later than 15 calendar days from the date the RGA was opened.

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

• Commercial sun tunnels
• Commercial skylights
• Custom-built skylights
• Skylights with factory-installed blinds
• Custom blinds

Cancellation Fees
All orders canceled prior to or after shipping may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15%. A 30% restocking fee may also be accessed in accordance with our return policy.
